IS THIS A GOOD GAME RIG (with appropriate specifications)?

hi i just posted almost the same thing, but I was wrong here are the specifications specifications that im really getting Base Intel ® Core ™ 2 Extreme QX9770 (12M Cache, 3.20 GHz, FSB 1600 MHz) Memory Kingston 4GB ˟ DDR3 1600MHz Non-ECC CL9 (9-9-9-27) DIMM (Kit of 2) Hard Drive 750 GB Optical drive Samsung 22X DVD Burner Black SATA 9800 GTX video card + Nividia matter Antec 1200 Gaming Cooling GIGABYTE 3D Galaxy II liquid cooler system (Universal) [GH-WIU02] Striker Extreme II motherboard or NSE Striker II 700W power supply source Power Seasonic M12 (Modular) Super Silent OS Vista Ultimate 64-bit ˟ What video card do u recommend people who think that is a joke please this isn't a joke and I have the cpu I have it for $ 600 aud of a friend of Intel i7 CPU and motherboard need a much more expensive

If you can afford based, seriously reconsider their options. The QX9770 is an amazing CPU, but it is the top of the line CPU for socket 775. The QX9770 is about $ 500 more than the Core i7 965 EE, the world's fastest CPU. But then you have to ask, is it necessary for the CPU? I'd say go for the Intel i7 940, almost identical performance as the 9770, but a fraction of the price. Motherboard: Striker II Extreme: $ 299.99 Newegg GA-EX58-EXTREME: 328.99 Newegg: CPU QX9770: $ 1459.99 i7 920: i7 940 $ 294.99: $ 569.99 i7 965 EE: $ 1,049.99 $ RAM: 3 x 2 GB Corsair 1600 MHz: $ 229.00 2 x Kingston 2 GB 1600 MHz :? ??? I can not find 2 x 2GB Kingston 1600MHz, not Newegg. 140 U.S. dollars Suppose. GPU: 9800 GTX +: Is it possible to buy these, or if you have? EVGA GTX 260 x 2: EVGA GTX 500 x 2 $ 280 $ 680 GPU is up to you. You can have 3 graphics cards SLI, so it is really what you can afford, but to restrict the 9800GTX + now be a little more complicated, and I suppose more expensive than before. You can go for a GPU, and get another later. They are bound to be cheaper if new graphics card out soonish. Hell, you might decide to wait until then. But trust me, you'll notice a phenomenal increase in performance with the GPU, you are just bottlenecking your system without it. The money we can save for the CPU is paid for the best ram and GPU. Running 4 sticks of dual channel RAM slows the piston down through the execution of commands at a rate Q2, compared to the execution of three sticks in a triple channel with a 1T Command Rate. I see nothing wrong with everything else. Keep in mind, go for the socket 1366 will help future proof your system. Not more than the CPU is being made for socket 775, so that it can not update from the QX9770. Do you want to invest as much money when the update is only for a new system again? With the capture of 1366, you can apply the new GPU and CPU she, with 6 extra GB of RAM too. I think the Asus Striker II are PCI-E 1.1, not 2.0. Not sure, but if so, the panels will not be able to properly handle new GPU too. They will be a bottleneck.

And Corinthian Colleges Everest University sued for overtime pay Violations; lawsuit filed by the Firm Maus in Pompano Beach, Fl

Pompano, Florida – ( EON: Enhanced Online News) – A campus admissions representative has sued the University of Mount Everest, a subsidiary of Corinthian Colleges, for alleged overtime violations at the house of Mount Everest Pompano, FL campuses. The lawsuit, filed in Federal Court District for the Southern District of Florida, trying to recover overtime admissions representatives and former campus at all schools in the Everest University, and Florida Metropolitan University, as he was before, dating back to July 2007.

The suit is unique in that it has filed on behalf of an employee Current Everest is still working on the campus of Pompano Beach. According to the plaintiff's lawyer, Joseph Maus, it is rare that a suit is filed overtime by an existing employee for fear of being retaliated against by the employer. Maus Attorney filed the lawsuit with his partner, Charles Bechert, in Pompano Beach. Them say that the law regulating overtime pay, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), prohibits employers from taking any retaliatory action against an employee for the achievement of their rights to financial compensation. If a deliberate violation of the FLSA is tested, employees can recover the full amount of his salary past overtime, plus an equal amount as damages.

The lawsuit seeks a court order to allow other admissions representatives current and former Pompano Beach campus, as well as all other Everest and at the universities of Corinth, to participate as plaintiffs in the action to catch up must pay extraordinary past. A move to allow supervised Court notice advising other admissions representatives of their right to join the suit was filed by the applicant on December 17, 2009. If the motion is granted by the Court, a notice will be sent to all campus admissions representatives to inform current and former of their right to join the lawsuit and recover any payment of overtime that can be applied.

This is not the first time Corinthian Colleges has been sued for nonpayment overtime wages to admissions representatives. Corinth was sued in 2008 in Illinois by an admissions representative who worked more than 40 hours a week, however, payment was not paid overtime. It was also argued before the Court that the representatives of other income in the short also of its payment of overtime, and the Court allowed other admissions representatives to join this suit.

Corinthian Colleges is a publicly traded corporation and one of the largest providers of post-profit education school in the United States. Corinthian Colleges is approximately 100 schools throughout the United States and Canada.

A trial date has been set for the period trial two weeks from June 28, 2010.
