Signing social security card…?
I want to get my permit or at very least a non-drivers ID by the end of next week. I live in NY and I have everything I need for the 6 points but my mother laminated my social security card as soon as she got it because she was worried something might happen to it. I was just a few months old when she laminated it so not even my signature is on it. Do you think it would be okay to sign over the laminate with a Permanent Marker? Would they accept that still?
I was always told never to laminate it. It could pose a problem for you.
