how to install refill catridges in my printer?
when I install my black cartridge it is fine but when i install the color cartridge and close the cover the printer won’t except it.

Refill won’t work on HP 90% of the times. So, if its a HP, don’t waste your time.
But an original and like oneof the poster said, you can burn the print head and void the warranty.
