A fine cellar
The aging of fine wine is an art, a passion that yields either rich or sour grapes results. You may have a unit cooling power of wine, but if you are looking to build a larger collection or plan to have bottles aging over a period of time, may consider building a wine cellar. The five main elements of storing your wine are the light, vibration, temperature, humidity and the angle to address these needs storage.By can grow a full crop.
The wine must be kept dark and quiet. Exposure to light, especially in light of sun, organic compounds can alter the wine, changing the taste and can even cause a bad smell. Red wine is intended as old and as good olive oil, often is bottled in colored glass to protect it from light damage. In clear bottles with little protection from light, whites may be more susceptible to damage.
excessive vibration affects the taste of wine by returning the liquid separated sediment and interfering with the aging process. Try to disturb their bottles to a minimum.
The ideal temperature range for the store should be between 50 and 57degrees Fahrenheit. Because whites generally stay fresher the reds, the storage of the two together will require a dual climate system. The most important thing is to protect the wine from sudden changes of temperature – keeping the temperature fairly uniform, and make adjustments slowly is essential. Because cooking causes changes in temperature, the kitchen is usually a bad location for storing wine.
The level of humidity is another essential. Cork is the barrier between the air and your wine. The humidity keeps the cork to dry and let air in, causing the rust and ruin the taste of wine. Too much moisture can damage the labels and cause mold growth on the outside of the bottle, but should not affect the taste of his age. Humidity levels should be somewhere in the range of 50-75 percent, with 70 percent being optimum.
The other issue that affects the corks storage angle: too low and the cork is dry. Horizontal bottle storage is ideal, but you may want to see the labels, so anything between 0 and 20 degrees will work. Never store your bottles at an angle greater than 45 degrees.
In fact, how can you keep your bottles is an important part of the process design. You may want to choose a method in which the bottles are clearly rather than store it in batteries, making it more difficult spotting individual bottles. The shelves that pull out are ideal for storage and easy to find, and can also be useful for bottles of different shape or size. Monitoring inventory will also make it easier to control what you have and is useful for insurance purposes.
If you live in an earthquake zone, it is possible have to consider other implications of design. If storing your bottles in the containers, the depth of the box may be important to keep your wine in one piece. Also products exist to hold the "vintage" to the platform in case of an earthquake. This is a worthwhile investment if you live near a fault.
Remember, your wine cellar is a person to breathe – his crop can absorb odors, that should be considered when designing the site. Be aware of your surroundings: keep paint and other chemical fumes, and strong smell of cooking onions and garlic out of the wine.
After the winery has been running for a while you can monitor their success by cracking open a bottle and make a toast to many years of good wine.

What is the fine for passing a red light?
I think I could have passed a red light this morning (in Chicago) and wondered how much the ticket would be. This is the first time that any traffic violation and I have absolutely no idea what to do next.
certainly not $ 190 more points 11 and court costs and missing a day is still cheaper to pay to lose their life or killing someone else
