at what point would a earth ground bleed out a positive voltage charge?
lets say you tried to ground 2000000 volts to the earth ground.would the gound directly take it in?
Yes, as long as the current carrying capacity of the wire and other conductors that are linked to the actual grounding point are capable of carrying the current. There is no voltage limit.
For example, think of a lightning bolt hitting the ground. It all goes to ground, sometimes through strange paths, but it all goes to ground.
