How to make drawing a still life fun?
I am an art teacher teaching my Art I classes about pencils, value, and direct observation from life. In an upcoming lesson, I’m going to have them draw a still life to help give them practice with their new skills. Is there any way to make this somewhat straightforward practice more exciting?
Turn on some music.
Like the Beatles album “yellow submarine” those guy always make rudimentary drawing as homework fun for me.
