My paper-mate mechnical pencils say no refill..how long do they last and can they somehow be refilled?

….it may seem like a trivial questions but I take my writing utensils seriously….please help me if you can with this question.

its the yellow kind wehre you twist the tip to get the lead out right? I had those and its almost impossible to refill them. i wasted so much lead it isn’t worth it. they are meant to be disposable justlike normal wooden pencils. next time get a nice lead pencil.
