I think it just loses color..I don’t think it has actual dust…but that is the shade of blue…
I think it is something to do with the light. The paint is a mixture of white, thallo blue and thallo green colors..
Paint in the can: Its because after time the paint starts to seperate. Make sure you store your paint in a dark, dry, room temp or slightly cooler location.. that will help.
On the Walls: does anyone smoke in your house, if so that will GREATLY effect the color of your walls. Also the sun could be discoloring them turning them an off greyish color.
