Why roller-ball (ink liquid) feathers have these things !??!? Help …..? meeee
Heres a modified image to a pen typical Liquid Ink: You know that part http://xs413.xs.to/xs413/07125/techpointthing.JPG that grip? It has plastic rings soon and is like a hollow chamber, and sometimes you can see traces of ink inside. It almost seems as if the ink seeps into the hollow part. What weant know is, WHAT IS THE ROLE THIS PART OF THE BOOM!?!? Man this question has been on my mind for months haha like it, but never ask anyone! Im sure there are other people out there that wonder about this … wait. They say great minds think alike haha. I know it's a camera guy ink … but why all the little plastic rings? Are not only to support? or are there to stop the escape of ink? use your head.
It's a modulation device. . . rings to help maintain most of the ink on the camera – removing the rings and every few words * * splurt a large ink stain! Sometimes the excess ink can be caught in this part, but provided that leaks out of it works well. (I wondered at first too!)
