The birth of a legend called Acura
1986 was a decisive year for the automotive industry. It was then as Honda, one of the world's leading manufacturers of automobiles, has a division that would only make luxury cars. The company, the result of ten years of research, was named Acura. Luxury car has never been the same since. This was the first ever luxury car in Japan. Through their patterns of introduction, the Legend and Integra were sold and serviced through 60 dealers in North America and 18 U.S. states, the mark Acura announced the arrival of a pioneering brand. Acura's history is an interesting read because it is a story of success and innovation.

Acura had arrived with a bang in a manner consistent with Honda.
