No video for the tuner 2 in Motorola DCT6416 III Dual Tuner DVR?
I just got a Mitsubishi 65 "1080p DLP HDTV and HD cable. The cable box is a Motorola DCT6416 III Dual Tuner DVR and connected w / HDMI. Everything works fine in a tuner, but if something recorded on the DVR and switch Tuner 2 to watch or record something else, no video. The audio is fine, the menu and guide the work, only a black screen. Is this something the type of cable that was not set or is there something I can do to fix it? The cable from Insight if that helps.
Try contacting Insight to reset the DVR.
