What are some local store I can buy those fashion Fountain Pens and ink bottle age?

In Vietnam I use to write with whole time but now see that technology is changing and there is no "ink", but in my opinion, the ink pot easier to use, Do you know any shop that sells common? Like Wal-Mart or Target? if not … then a store with pens and Pen Refills?

The name "pen" is derived from the Latin word "penna" meaning pen. This is a writing instrument, manually through capillary action applies ink to a surface, usually paper. The Mechanism of pens was simple, containing three parts: The first is called "tip" the second "the feed" and the third was the canyon that connected to the tip and fed jointly. Lewis Waterman's great idea was to introduce a small hole in the tip to the inlet, and three small slots in the feeding mechanism, the combined solution failed to prevent ink spills.
