If you're thinking about getting a turtle, you know that a red-eared slider makes an animal wonderful home. Did I make a good golf purchase?
I bought a taylormade burner 09 with a fujikura 757 speeder shaft with a red golf pride grip for 169 dollars. The head and shaft were in great condition. Was this a great, good, or bad purchase. I played three holes and found it to be a great driver.
It’s a good buy…if it’s real. If you bought this new for $169.00, then it’s a Chinese Knockoff! A true, 757, is $300 in itself…but…in the long run, if your swingspeed is less than 105mph…you’ll end up hating the shaft. Spend an Extra $40, and send it to, Golfsmith, and have the shaft, “pured”…they also will verify if the club and shaft is counterfeit.
Don’t rely on most people in here…equipment has changed over the years, and these guys always think everything is the real deal…go to a Pro!
