after school detention?

I got one from two hours after school detention last week and had to write the lines. my hand began to ache, and my fingers were sore, where i gripped my pen after a while. using a standard pen for my lines, not know if you use a different pen help? iv managed to arrest another school after next Tuesday, some idea? x-kay-x
