A good eyeliner for the waterline?…?
bonjour!
as of right now, im using Jane be pure mineral gel eyeliner….and it doesnt stay on my waterline (which is the only place i like to put eyeliner)….it looks good for like 5 minutes, but after that, its gone! ive tried wet n wilds gel eyeliner too…didnt work!
please suggest an eyeliner that is GEL/CREME!!!!
liquid eyeliners are my worst enemy! and pencil/retractable crayon ones are hard (for me) to get on my waterline.
are there any DRUGSTORE brands that are good and can stay all day (or at least during a 8 hour school day?)
are there any waterproof ones out there?
keep it DRUGSTORE! please….the closest MAC is 6 hours away, closest sephora is 4, i dont even have a fred meyer(sp?) or ulta in my state…and im not a fan on ordering online.

is avon a drugstore brand? no…duh.
You should get the Loreal Hip Cream Eyeliner, it’s like 12 bucks and the pot is really cute, and small but there is so much eyeliner cream in there, that it would take so long for you to use up. It works pretty good.
You can buy this product at your local drugstore (ex; rite-aid, safeway, wallgreens)
