The basics of color pencil drawing
Crayons have become a very popular new artists to grow. Beginner artists use this means it is much easier to express their creativity, mainly for control and comfort offered crayons. Other media such as oil paint, for example, seem to have much bigger issues for new artists. Working with crayons is a great way to get your creative juices flowing.
Let's begin our exploration of the crayons, explaining some of the techniques used by many popular artists.
Incubation: Incubation is basically parallel lines drawn close together. You can vary the length, angle and distance between the lines to produce different effects.
Cross-Hatching: First set of strokes in a horizontal direction, and then overlap vertically, followed by a slash diagonal.
Glaze: Using a sharp pencil move in a circular motion with light pressure, and the circles begin to overlap as you move along. This technique requires time and patience but the end result is very rewarding.
Burnishing: When placing multiple layers of color over another very pressure until the tooth "Paper is no longer able to maintain pigment, resulting in a smooth surface. Do not apply too much pressure as you can break your tip of a pencil or damage your paper. This technique works best when using a paper with a good amount of texture or "tooth."
Shadow: Use the side of his pencil and use of radical movements back and forth to cover the desired area. Vary the amount of pressure to create different effects.
Pencil Color Tips
The type of paper you choose for your Colored Pencil art depends on your style of drawing. Each artist is different so it's really best to experiment. Paper comes in a variety of textures, also known as the "tooth." There are rough surfaces with textured and smooth surfaces with a texture little. rougher textures are better for the application of multiple layers, where as smooth surfaces are excellent for mixing. You should buy a few different types documents to determine the type of surface you are most comfortable working. Some good options to consider for their drawings with Colored Pencils are Stonehenge Rising Canson Mi combatants, and Strathmore.
When choosing your pencils, it's best not to go for cheap pencils, since you may be disappointed with the results. Cheaper pencils do not have much as a pigment and therefore does not produce the brightness in the color you are after. Many artists find Prismacolor colored pencils to be a great option. Prismacolor pencils have a soft that goes on smooth surfaces. When it was built in layers that produce about a painting like appearance.
Wax flower, a collection wax on the surface of the paper, is something that will most likely become aware of how to work with the medium of colored pencils. The wax in the crayons can go to the surface and forms a white cloud buildup can dull your finished piece. There are two approaches to deal with wax flower. One approach is to try to prevent it from happening in the first place. Spraying a workable fixative on the surface after you finish your drawing can help. There is concern however that fasteners can alter the colors of a drawing, so it is best to try this in practice first drawing. The other method is to wait in fact a week after completing the drawing. If you is the accumulation of wax, grab a bit of soft tissue or cotton balls and rub the surface to remove the wax. Do not apply too much pressure as you can smear your drawing.
Maintaining a large, soft hand brush to delete unwanted remnants of his drawings. Artists use a number of things for this purpose, since the preparation of horsehair brushes 2 "from the brushes of the home.
Experiment with various types of erasers to see what you are most comfortable. Artists use a variety tools to remove the pigment or fixing bugs. kneaded erasers, plastic erasers, electric erasers, and even the film can work well for you.
To soften the hard edges and blending buy some strains of mixture or a colorless blender in your local art shop.
Try to avoid electrical sharpening as they tend to eat too far from the pen. Many artists take a piece of sandpaper by hand and use that to sharpen the pencil.
Never be afraid to try something different with his art crayons. Try various papers, pencils, etc.
Look for some local color pencil workshops in your area. You will be amazed at the large amount of information and advice, you will know from their teacher and classmates.

How do I clean my ring electric hob solids?
He had a solid ring electric cooker when I lived in Australia 20 years ago and I buy a tube of very thick paste, which seemed the pen tip. A little on a cloth to rub in the rings of each month are kept in good state and prevent them from going rusty. Does anyone know of a similar product sold in the United Kingdom? I have asked in hardware stores, but have met with blank stares.
