The leadership qualities in managers hospitality industry are similar to the qualities leaders in other successful businesses. Both "people" skills and business "skills" are necessary and a good manager are displayed.
People Skills

A manager effective is one that is respected by those who work for him or her, and perhaps the most important element in this regard is the perception among employees that is fair.
