this seems to be a pretty good team building .. I assume your collection and create your own? the only thing I would suggest that change, and this is very necessary. 400W power supply should be at least a 650 if not a 700W to accommodate all the power to be used. Also, I'd swap the 9500GT at least 9800 + or even go GTX 200 series. The 9800 + Run at about 120 or so at this time and are massively better, as well as on a par with the 200 series. GREAT CARDS! and the 200 series are a bit more. but apart whether you want better sound you can always upgrade to a sound card are highlighted below.
