My plants leaves are turning black and falling. Anything I can do to save him?
I have a potted tree Duranta is, and within my house. The leaves are changing black at the edges and fall. I've watered often, but not very often. For a window, but receives moderate light. I have the tree a funeral, and is in a pot that I am not sure of the drains. I have to keep it alive until June, because my mother lives in Texas, and that is planted there. Anything I can do?
It might be too wet. Let it dry – do not water for a week. If you do not know if the pot drains, it could be that the ground is too wet it. Poke your finger about 3 inches on the ground – is wet? If so, it is too wet. Do not know much about trees Duranta. Could it be that naturally loses its leaves before new ones appear? You can try using Google to find out more about him.
